Bridget McNulty

I’m the author of The Grief Handbook: A guide through the worst days of your life, which I wrote after my mom died very suddenly.

I hope that this course is a balm to those who are struggling through the dark days of grief – a helping hand to remind you that you are not alone in this…

Thank you for being here with us.

Clare Louise Thomas

Care is my favourite currency.

Grief was and continues to be a great teacher. And in those initial and very dark days, it was my support team that helped me navigate, orientate, find a way through.

I wish such support for all those that are grieving; for you. I wish for a soothing balm on an aching heart, I wish for a quiet yet strong holding in the moments of chaos, moments of darkness; I wish for simple reminders to pause, honour, commune and breathe.

I am a photographer, the founder of The LOVE Kitchen and a cold water swimmer. Find out more at www.clarelouisethomas.com

Shivani Ranchod

Through my work with Alignd and Swansong, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about the human experience of serious illness and death.

My mindfulness journey and my work are closely threaded together – finding ways to be present to our suffering, to open our hearts and to cultivate courage. The mindfulness that forms part of this course is an offering from my heart to yours.
